The Dangerous Problem
In East Amrahia Pharmacy, you will find a wide variety of drugs. Tracking the quantities of all these drugs manually is nearly impossible. Edem, the owner of the pharmacy also has a full time job and needed a solution to help him monitor his stock quantities even when he is away at his other job.
The threat here was that, without this ability to monitor things remotely, he would definitely be required to do a lot more work of managing his pharmacy and being forced to combine that with his full time job as well.
He definitely needed to fill this operational gap.
How We Met Edem & Our Solution For His Business
Edem was introduced to Sumundi by a reseller partner and that is where the journey to getting his magically remote stock tracking ability began. The strategies outlined below is how we helped him get his pharmacy back on track and keep his sales attendants in check:
